Forms allow the user to input data and perform calculations in real-time.

A form is made up of text fields that users may input their data into. Those fields must have labels on the left-hand side. The button that runs the calculation on the form has a defined on-click action that retrieves the values from the text fields. Next, an algorithm performs the calculation and displays the outcome on the screen.
